Quick Look: Tic Tac Toe Free Halloween is a themed version of the previously-released Tic Tac Toe Free game. This is an ad-sponsored game that plays exactly the same as you did back in grade school only without the notebooks or scrap paper. The game starts out with you choosing the level of difficulty (easy or hard) and whether you want witches or pumpkins.
To choose where you want to place your mark use the arrow keys and hit OK on your Roku remote and the move is complete. You can only play against the computer - the game doesn't allow for two players.
The game was very easy to win even on the "Hard" setting.
