Quick Look: Foot Chinko combines football (soccer in America) and Pachinko, a mechanical arcade game that was developed in Japan. The result is a pinball-style game with a soccer theme (see screenshots below).
Unlike pinball, the ball is released at the top of the play area. Your avatar is a soccer player at the top of the screen that is rotating left and right. You pick when to kick the ball by pressing the OK button on your Roku remote. The objective is to score a goal by placing the ball into the target area at the bottom of the screen. But first the ball has to make it past obstacles that include bumpers and opposing players. If the ball hits a player on your team, you again choose when to kick it down the field. You will need to time your kicks to avoid the opponent's goalie, who is moving back and forth to defend the goal.
The game starts off with a very easy match, but gets progressively harder as you win matches and move on to different teams. If you lose a match, though, you'll have the opportunity to replay.
