Fitness Made Easy 30 Minute Workouts

Quick Look: Fitness Made Easy 30 Minute Workouts is a collection of exercise routines targeting all regions of the body that can be done in 30 minutes or less. The classes are led by certified trainer Ryan West who demonstrates each exercise for you. Areas targeted include Biceps/Triceps, Chest, Back and Shoulders and Legs and Abs. There are 120 different videos available, each one about 10 minutes in lenght.

Developer's Channel Description: Welcome to the Fitness Made Easy Community, my name is Ryan West and I am the creator of this unique fitness platform! I created this platform with the hopes of helping others find a successful path to fitness happiness. It is not always easy to make exercise a common theme in your life. Fitness Made Easy can help you get on track or back on track. The platform is broken up into two sections. The first are the over 300 fitness workout videos you can enjoy for free. Nearly all of these (minus the cardio workouts) are with the use of resistance bands. The second portion of this platform consists of the "live stream" option which is subscription only. These are live workouts with me where we take things up a notch and you will enjoy it (trust me).
