Quick Look: On the upside, Comedy Central now has a channel on Roku; however, it requires viewers to subscribe to a participating cable or satellite TV provider to watch all of the available content. The library is rather limited if you do not subscribe to cable, but there are still several unlocked episodes from some of Comedy Central's great lineup.
You can watch episodes from South Park, Tosh.0, Workaholics, Key and Peele, Futurama, The Daily Show, just to name a few. There are currently 20 different shows, with full episodes, available On demand.
In addition to the shows, there are a fair number of stand-up comedy routines available without a cable subscription. Watch stars like Jeff Ross, Sinbad, Kat Williams, Adam Devines House Party, and Gabriel Iglesias.
If that is not enough, there are also several new pilot shows that have aired on Comedy central where you can watch the latest episodes. Show titles include Nothing to Report, Idiotsitter, Six Guys One Car plus several others.
Last but not least is the Free Samples category where you can watch any of the available content regardless of whether you have an active cable subscription or not. There are episodes from Tosh.0, South Park, Chapelle's Show, and 13 others.
