Quick Look: Charlie TV is a collection of home movies spliced and edited to create the Charlie TV Channel. The channel features 10 episodes of home movies starring a toddler and her dog as well as her other animal friends. The dialog is voiced over, and there does not appear to be much of a story-line. To be honest I could not sit through more than 2 minutes of a video and each video lasts approximately 30 minutes, that's almost 5 hours of home movies from a family you never met.
