Brick Breaker on Roku is a variation of the arcade game that was originally developed for Blackberry devices. The object of the game is to smash a wall of bricks by firing a ball at the wall and then deflecting it back toward the wall with a paddle as it bounces around the screen. If you miss the ball, you can fire another one until you're out of balls. As you deflect the ball, you can also catch bonuses like extra lives (more balls), fireballs, and multi-firing guns as they fall from the smashed bricks. The left and right directional buttons on your Roku remote are used to move the paddle horizontally, and the OK button is used to fire balls.
When you launch Brick Breaker on Roku, it appears that your only options are to purchase a monthly or annual subscription. However, a few presses of the back arrow on your remote will take you to the game where you can play for free.
