Roku announced that the Fox Sports Go Roku channel, which normally requires a cable subscription, will be unlocked for NFL fans wanting to watch the Patriots and Falcons in Super Bowl LI. Just install the channel on your Roku device and catch all the action starting with the 2:00 pm (Eastern) pre-game show. Live access also includes the Field Pass stream showing you the sights and sounds in the stadium, the full game with kickoff at 6:30 pm Eastern, the half-time show with Lady Gaga, and all of the commercials.
Until the pre-game show, the channel will ask you to authenticate with a providing cable or satellite TV provider, but Roku assures us that all of the game-day Super Bowl broadcasts will be unlocked.
