Sling TV is celebrating its 2nd "birthday" by offering a free weekend of Sling Orange this Saturday, February 11, through Sunday, February 12. If you aren't yet a Sling TV subscriber, you can spend the entire weekend trying out all 30 Orange channels, including ESPN, HGTV, HISTORY, Disney Channel, TBS, A&E and Lifetime. And don't forget AMC - this free weekend is just in time for the mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead.
Of course, the usual 7-day free trial is still available, but the free weekend doesn't require you to provide any credit card information. But you will need to create an account here, which requires a valid email address.
Since starting service in February 2015, Sling TV has expanded from one base service, three add-on packages and just over 25 channels, to the current offering of two base services (Sling Orange and Sling Blue), seven add-ons, three premium channels, and more than 100 channels, as well as over 30,000 on-demand titles.
