Quick Look: Yogafit is a "user-friendly” style of Yoga created by Beth Shaw which combines fitness moves such as push-ups, sit-ups and squats with traditional yoga postures linked together in a flowing format. This channel offers a brief introduction to her style of Yoga. The videos address various regions of your body including your abs, core, upper and lower body, arms, legs, and more. As a result, YogaFit has served myriad populations—seniors in long-term care homes, men & women with developmental disabilities, teachers, children, incarcerated individuals, & military personnel—and contributed more than a million dollars of yoga training.
