Quick Look: The Power Trip Chill Out features eight short hypnotic videos that feature a screen that morphs from one shape to another in a rhythmic pattern. Most videos are accompanied by an ambient music soundtrack. Although the videos would make an interesting backdrop at a party or other home get-together, each video is less than five minutes long, unlike many ambient videos that run for hours. The videos do autoplay in sequence, but are interrupted by a menu to let you select a different video.
Although listed in the Screensavers category of the Roku channel store, the channel is not a true screensaver because it needs to be activated every time you want to see the contents, instead of coming on automatically when your Roku is idle.
