Quick Look: Super Maze! is a single-player game where the objective is to move your ball through all portions of a maze in as little time as possible. You use the directional buttons (up/down/left/right) on your Roku remote to send the ball in the corresponding direction. One press sends the ball to the opposite end of that leg, changing the color of each square within that leg as it goes. When the ball stops at the opposite end, you send it off in another direction, and so on until the entire maze has changed color. Once that happens, you can move on to a new maze. Some mazes are more difficult than others, but they don't progress in difficulty.
A timer displays how long it takes you to finish a maze, but the timer seems pointless as the game has no time limit and doesn't record times when you move onto the next maze. An improvement would be a countdown timer, with an inability to move on to the next maze until you finish within the alloted time.
The channel is ad-sponsored with several commercials being played prior to the game starting, and with periodic commercials between levels. However, you won't be subjected to commercials between every level, so we didn't find the interruptions to be overly annoying.
