Quick Look: The SpiroFit Roku channel offers several fitness and meditation videos to introduce you to SpiroFIT, "a live-streaming fitness solution for individuals, gyms, clubs and corporations."

Most, if not all, of the videos are entry level, requiring little to no previous exercise experience. Each video is rated for its level of difficulty and its duration. There are two categories of videos available:

Liz Arch 7-day Detox Challenge - A compilation of introductory dietary and exercise videos
Yoga and Meditation - 4 videos led by Skip Jennings
