Quick Look: Sparkk TV is a "free online television that is made-up of all original web-series made just for the internet." The Sparkk TV - Weekly T-10 Roku channel features their selection of the top 10 videos of the week from their independent web series. (Unfortunately, six of the videos did not work at the time of the review, but that may be fixed by the time you watch the channel.)
