Quick Look: SmartPhilm TV contains a collection consisting mostly of short indie films which all contain one thing in common - they were all filmed entirely on smartphones and other mobile devices. There are currently 24 submissions available from both the 2017, 2018, and 2019 SmartPhilm Fest held in the metro Washington DC area, with content available in the following categories: Documentaries, Experimental, Fiction, Music Videos and Youth.
