Quick Look: Simply Fit has workout videos from the shortcircuits_fitness and 亞洲瑜伽Yoga Asia Yoga Asia YouTube channels. The shortcircuits_fitness workouts use a wide variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, and the medicine ball, and also include bodyweight-only exercises that don't require any equipment at all.
