Quick Look: SemeTv consists of a single live stream that consisted of vintage public domain films at the times that we viewed it. The channel opens with a message that Seme Tv takes pride in presenting the African American Diaspora in American Cinema, showcasing Classic films from the turn of the Century to present day. Seme Tv is promoting the achievements and creative abilities of African Americans in the production of Multi-media Content.
At one point, we were fortunate enough to tune in between films when the channel ran a promo for several classic films featuring African-Americans. These films include Fire House, The Joe Lewis Story, The Jackie Robinson Story, Spirit of Youth, and The Emperor Joan. The promo video was followed by an airing of The Beulah Show, an episode of which can be viewed below.
