Philo

Quick Look: Philo is a budget streaming TV service with just one plan that includes 63 channels for $20 per month. Epix and STARZ are available as add-ons. You won't find any sports channels here - just entertainment and news, including Food Network, DIY, Science, Discovery, Lifetime, and many other popular cable networks. philo.com for a current list of all available channels.

Philo includes the following features at no additional cost:

  • - Watch TV on up to three different devices at the same time
  • - Unlimited 30-day DVR
  • - Extensive on-demand library
  • - Pause live TV or start from the beginning
  • - Watch programs that have aired in the past three days
  • - Create up to 10 profiles per account

The service includes a 30-day cloud DVR with unlimited storage, but DVR functionality is limited.
