Percy's Tiger Tales is an animated children's series in which a teacher, Miss Hoot, tells her students that their problematic issues remind her of a story she once read. While Miss Hoot searches for the book, the students fantasize about themselves in that story: Percy would like to be a noble knight, Sissabelle a fairy princess, Tattoo a reckless pirate, and FlapFlap a superhero.
