Streaming since 2016, Old Friends Radio currently has over 83,000 songs in its rotation, covering the period from 1918 through 1968. According to their website, "[o]ur sound recording inventory holds music that can not be heard anywhere else. Many of our recordings come from 78 RPM shellac singles. Old Friends Radio has a vast number of songs no longer available at record stores or online."

Old Friends Radio is a listener-Supported 501(c)(3)-509(a)(2) Non-Profit Educational Public Charitable Organization. The streaming service is free, but they are asking for tax-deductible donations to help cover the cost of licensing.
