There is a heavy focus on reformer Pilates, a popular low-impact workout that uses a reformer machine that can be purchases for a few hundred dollars, but mat instruction is provides as well. Currently-featured series and challenges include Beginner Reformer Series, Pilates Reformer Challenge, Beginner Mat Series, Pilates All-Access Challenge, and 5 Minute Workout Series.
