Quick Look: iFreedomTV2 currently offers a Lao language video, "Preservation of the Laos National Interest and Human Rights Council," and a live stream of iFreedomTV, which is billed as a "Laotian human rights TV broadcasting on human rights issues." At the time of our review, the live stream displayed a time that was just over two hours behind current time, so the video is delayed by at least that amount of time. But the live stream also seemed to be focused on the American July 4th holiday (sorry, we don't speak Lao), so the video may be over a week behind.
