Quick Look: Hike Across America tells the story of Marine Corps veteran Shane Johnson's walk across America distributing 1,0000 Hygiene Kits to homeless and disabled veterans in 10 states as he treks 3,000 miles from California to Florida. The channel currently has four trailers and promotional videos for this epic adventure, but we're hoping updates will be made throughout this year's hike, which lasts from July 4th through September 11th.

The transition from military to civilian life can be a daunting task, one that finds many homeless and without direction. Hike Across America “The Second Chance Tour” powered by Clean the World and Motivational Speaker Shane Johnson is an initiative to raise awareness for veterans experiencing homelessness and the difficulties they face going from active duty to civilian life. During this 3,000 mile trek covering 10 cities in 10 states Shane Johnson will speak and inspire communities, individuals experiencing homelessness, and corporations beginning July 4th through September 11th — from Las Vegas to Orlando — distributing 10,000 Clean the World Hygiene Kits to homeless veterans in need. Finally, our goal is to raise funds to purchase a home for a much-deserved Hero in the Orlando Area.
