Your Independent TV Streamer Guide

Quick Look: HBO NOW offers subscribers on-demand access to every episode of every season of every show HBO has to offer. This includes current hit series like Ballers, Game of Thrones, True Detective, and Silicon Valley; and HBO classics, including The Sopranos, Sex and the City, and Deadwood. Additionally, subscribers can watch box office hits and HBO original movies and documentaries.

HBO Now is a standalone subscription service - no cable TV service required. There's a free 30-day trial for new subscribers, but you must purchase the subscription directly through the HBO NOW channel or through the HBO app on other devices. You cannot sign up HBO NOW through their website. One other catch - your Roku account must have a credit card attached to it for payment. If your Roku account is set up with PayPal for the payment method, you will need to update the payment method.

If you already subscribe to HBO through a participating cable or satellite TV provider, you may be able to watch all of HBO's content on the HBO Go channel.

Still not sure what HBO NOW has to offer? Below you will find a promotional video for the service.
