Quick Look: Get In Shape, Keep Fit is an easy-to-follow animated exercise video collection with verbal instructions. The videos are very basic depictions of how to properly execute 38 different exercises. Each video explains how to perform the exercise, including proper posture to maximize your effort. Almost every video requires some additional equipment, mostly free weights and a bench. Exercises include Barbell Curl, Crunch, Decline Dumbbell Press, Barbell Front Squat and Close Grip Chinup. The videos do not offer any advice on how much weight to use or how many repetitions and sets you should perform or which exercises are best paired together.
