Gemporia LTD is an interactive shopping channel that allows you to bid on and purchase products that are being shown on three different live videos streams. As the name implies, products are primarily gemstones and jewelry, although other products such as clothing are also available. Gemporia has been available on Roku since 2017, but is now updated to allow bidding and purchasing through your Roku device.
The Gemporia channel opens on one of the three live streams in full-screen mode. The down arrow on your Roku remote will open up two menus: The three available live streams are available in the menu bar on the right side of the screen, while the menu bar at the top of the screen lets you change the settings, view details on the current product, and bid on or purchase the current item. The details and purchase options can also be invoked with the play/pause and fast-forward buttons, respectively. Product details are extensive, including gem weight, color, dimensions, and much more information.
To bid or purchase, you will first need to link the Gemporia channel to a Gemporia account. Instructions for doing so will be shown if you attempt to purchase or bid.
