Quick Look: Fit Tweet provides a collection of videos from the Laura London Fitness YouTube channel. The sixteen 10-minute workout routines (some are a little longer) and two dietary suggestions are designed to help you look and feel better. Exercise routines include both upper and lower body workouts as well as toning and sculpting arms, legs, abs, and "booty." Many of the exercises require little or no equipment and can be done in the comfort of your home, thus eliminating the need for a gym membership. For those videos that do require equipment you can get by with as little as a yoga mat, balance ball, kettle bell and some resistance bands.
