Roku Channel Store Description: The PURPOSE of Exploring North Carolina (ENC) is to identify and explore North Carolina’s most unique and important natural resources. The production staff of ENC believes that few places on Earth offer a larger array of natural wonders. Each episode in the series is a mini-adventure featuring the plants, animals, geology, and history, both natural and social, of North Carolina’s greatest places. Some of the adventures take place in or near large cities, while others take the viewer to our state’s remote corners. During each season an attempt will be made to give roughly equal coverage to the places, plants, and critters of North Carolina’s Mountains, Piedmont, and Coastal Plain (including near-shore waters). Join us on Exploring North Carolina, the story of North Carolina’s natural heritage.
