Quick Look: Epic Meal Time is not your conventional cooking show making traditional meals. Just taking a look at some of the video titles will have you asking "what's for dinner?":

The show is hosted Harley Morenstein and features several of his friends creating high-calorie dishes, most with bacon and or alcohol-infused. The cooking videos provide a measured list of ingredients plus all of the proper preparation and cooking information necessary to complete the dish.
In addition to the non-traditional recipes there are several episodes of Epic Chef, which is a guest themed cooking contest featuring "three secret ingredients mixed with a briefcase full of bacon and the featured alcoholic drink of the day." You will also find behind the scenes footage in the Epic House category. These videos have not been edited and contain language not appropriate for all ages.
