Quick Look: Elevate is a cloud-based IPTV service from Espial that allows cable TV operators to provide their customers with an Internet-based service. The Elevate by Espial channel allows customers of these pay TV services to watch live streaming TV on their Roku devices.
Currently, only those with Espial credentials and customers of Hiawatha Broadband Communications (HBC), which serves areas of Minnesota and Wisconsin, can log into the Roku channel. No content is available on the channel until you have logged in.

Roku Channel Store Description: The Elevate bu Espial channel for Roku allows you to watch your favorite channels and movies on your Roku device. The app gives you access to your live TV channels from your cable or Internet provider right on your Roku Streaming Stick, Roku Premiere, Premiere+ and Roku Ultra.
Downloading of the Elevate by Espial channel is free. To watch TV, you need to sign-in with your username and password provided to you from your cable or Internet provider.
