CUE Broadcasts is the Roku app for the CUE Broadcast streaming service. We don't know why the app name is plural while the actual service is singular, but it does raise questions on our part. The CUE Broadcast website doesn't mention the availability of the app on Roku, so it's possible this is an unauthorized 3rd-party app. In any case, you cannot subscribe through the Roku app, so you don't have to worry about the app being a scam.
As for the service itself, we have not tested it, but for $59.99/month subscribers are promised "an extensive library of channels, including top-tier channels and a large selection of movies on demand" according to the FAQs on the provider's website. The Roku app provides no content other than a login screen, but the CUE Broadcast website currently lists 107 channels that include popular cable networks such as A&E, CNN, Discovery, ESPN, and so on.
