Quick Look: Carrot Mania Space is a new adaptation of the classic arcade game Lode Runner and a spinoff from the original game Carrot Mania Pirates. This version features a bunny searching for his stolen carrots while traversing a variety of mazes in space to collect them all.
The objective of the game is to collect all of your carrots as well as treasure, both hidden and in plain site, while avoiding the foxes that are chasing you. You move your rabbit by using the L/R arrow keys on your remote. Even though you are a rabbit, you cannot jump over your adversaries, so avoid contact with them at all cost. However, being a rabbit you are adept at digging, so you can dig holes using the OK key and your pursuers will fall into them; be careful not to fall in one yourself as it will cost you a life.
Every move costs you one point, so you will need to collect as many items as possible: Carrots = 50 points, Red Diamonds = 50 points and jumps cost you 1 point.
The game moves much slower than the original Lode Runner but is still fun to play. Games are periodically interrupted by commercials between levels. There are basic playing instructions available and your "achievements" are recorded.
