Quick Look: Yuyu is not your mainstream movie channel. Instead of searching through hundreds of "vintage" movies found on most other Roku movie channels, Yuyu offers a unique collection of independent films and television programs not typically found on Roku.
The videos are categorized according to genre, and not your typical ones like Drama, Horror, Action, but more along the lines of "After Hours," "WTF Possibly NSFW," "Queer," "LOL" and "Striking Visuals" just to name a few. There is a fair amount of overlap among the genres, but there is still plenty of original content to be seen. Some of the available titles are: BUDO: The Art of Killing (1979), Wedding Dress (2010), The School of Flesh (1998) and To Catch a Virgin Ghost (2004). Many of the movies have adult themes and may not be suitable for all ages.
The channel is free to add and watch if you don't mind the commercial interruptions, or you can watch the channel commercial-free for $4.99/month or $49.99 annually.
