Quick Look: WCCC.TV is Waco City Cable Channel, "dedicated to providing Waco with free-access, quality content that is entertaining, educational, and relevant to our great city." The channel airs live in Waco, Texas, on Time Warner Channel 10, (digital 10.10 without a cable box), Grande Channel 10, and Grande HD on Channel 810, as well as at wccc.tv/live. On Roku, however, the channel offers only a few (14 at the time of this review) short "featured" videos. Current video topics include Waco-McLennan County food scores, city workers putting up Christmas Tree for Waco Wonderland, and a warning not to pour "FOG" - fats, oils, or grease - down your drain. And no one can argue that FOG is not entertaining, educational, AND relevant to the great city of Waco.
