TetrisSORRY - Tetris is no longer available in the Roku Channel Store. For more information, please see the following article from Roku Support: For a similar game, try the Block Puzzle Free Roku game.

Quick Look: This is the classic Tetris puzzle game that has been around for 30 years, but with some twists. This version has three playing options: Marathon, Ultra, and Sprint. Marathon is free, but the others are available only with a $4.99 upgrade.

The game can be played with older Roku remotes, but is designed to be played with a Roku gaming remote in a horizontal position. The left and right directional arrows move the game piece in either direction. The down arrow will increase the piece's descent rate, while the up arrow immediately drops the piece. The OK button and the B button can both be used for piece rotation. The play button and the A button activate the hold queue, which allows you to store the current piece and later swap it for another falling piece. The game can be paused by pressing the * key.

Several options are available. The "ghost piece", which shows exactly where the piece will fall, can be turned on or off. Background music (BGM) and sound effects (SFX) can also be turned on and off. The skin can be changed to 1989 Tetris as well.

Complete instructions and scoring rules are available using the in-channel Tutorial & Help link.
