Quick Look: Silence TV PREMIUM currently offers a single live steam of video clips that feature people participating in various activities. Clips include ice climbers, skateboarders, a GoPro selfie video of a downhill skier, and even a video of someone laying in bed. These clips were accompanied by a high-energy soundtrack. A much more relaxing video was one created through timelapse photography, showing clouds and stars tracking across an open sky. Another video appeared to be a blog episode, showing an American in Laos speaking into the camera.
Overall, this was a very odd and random collection of clips that seems to be something that could be generated if you could set YouTube to a "random" setting. I didn't see much in the way of the "slowed, quiet frames" promised in the developer's channel description. However, the video stream always showed "Silence TV PREMIUM PREVIEW" in the corner, so perhaps a full-fledged Premium version is coming that will offer the "brand new, revolutionary development" that was also promised.
