Saran Pilates provides subscribers with Pilates workouts led by Gabrielle Saran, a certified Pilates instructor who has owned and operated studios in both Los Angeles and Asheville, and is now based in Atlanta. Gabrielle focuses on mat and reformer routines along with additional jumpboard, chair, infinity bar, and tower routines. You can also choose your workouts by duration, body area (full body, abs, upper body, or lower body), technique level, intensity, or by specialty (stretching, aging with grace, etc.)
