Quick Look: Revitalizing Elements is a collection of seven relaxing videos filmed with a stationary camera accompanied by acoustic background music. You first choose the type of music/soundtrack you would like to listen to. Your options include the following:

- Jazz
- Rock/Pop

- Natural and Elements
Once you have chosen the soundtrack you can choose from the following video themes which include:
- Fireplace
- Sky
- Aqua (Aquarium)

The soundtrack for each genre or theme is the same with the exception of the Children's and Natural & Elements genre. The Children's selection features a slightly different approach. Each of these Sky videos play "bedtime" music or lullaby's like Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star and Rock a Bye Baby. The Natural & Elements features the sounds of nature and only offers videos from the Fireplace, Beach and Rain category.
