Quick Look: Haunted TV with Scary Sounds on Roku features an hour-long video called "The Haunted TV Halloween Background Scene Setter with Spooky Sounds." The video starts out with creepy clown commercials, television sign offs, static air with loud interruptions, scary images and special effects. The changes are very abrupt, supposedly with the intent to make houseguests think that your TV is haunted.

This channel is a variation on the The Haunted TV Music Edition Roku channel, but with static and spooky sounds instead of background music.
