Cannon Clash by HappyKids is a highly-simplified version of Asteroids, the classic arcade game from the 1970s. In this game for younger children, you use the OK button on the Roku remote to fire at invading aliens while using the left and right directional buttons to move back and forth across the screen. You have a set amount of time to hit as many invaders as you can to gain points while avoiding them and their own weapon fire, which will cause you to lose lives.
Once your time is up, you'll have to kill a larger invader (with no time limit) to move on to the next level. After playing several levels of Cannon Clash, we were unable to discern any substantial difference between levels. There were no awards for the points we gained, and there were no other awards for hitting or catching objects.
