Over Fifty Fitness provides workouts and fitness instruction geared toward women over 50. In addition to daily workouts for every month, you'll find the following content:

  • Videos by Type - Strengh, Cardio, Stretching & Mobility, etc.
  • Workouts by Time - From 10 to 60 minutes
  • Challenges & Series - Examples include 14-Day Barre Yoga Challenge, 7-Day Aging Gracefully,and 6-Day Move with Ease
  • Workouts by Focus Area - Lower Body, Upper Body, Total Body, Core and Bodyweight Only
  • Workout by Intensity - Beginner, Intermediate/Advanced, and All Levels
  • Workout by Instructor - Select from a dozen female instructors, or the one male instructor if that's your preference

There are also nearly 500 videos from the YouTube channel Fitness with PJ, which is "dedicated to women 40, 50, and 60+ looking for age-appropriate workouts that will empower them & not leave them injured." Although the videos are free on YouTube, on this Roku channel they are only available to subscribers. One of these videos can be streamed below.
