Hardcore H.I.I.T.

Hardcore H.I.I.T. doesn't provide actual workouts as do most fitness channels on Roku. Rather, Hardcore H.I.I.T. consists of one-minute videos that demonstrate how to perform various exercises, stretches, and yoga poses with no explanation or narration. Videos include lunge stretches, side to sides, Russian twists, cobra pose, and so on. The videos are found in the following categories:

  • Train Plan - Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced plans, each with 14 or 15 videos
  • Focus Site - Arms, Chest, Abs, Butt, and Legs, with 6 to 8 videos each
  • Daily - Morning Yoga (14 videos) and Bedtime Stretching (10 videos)
