Chi Universe Yoga

Quick Look: Chi Universe Yoga is a fun and themed channel to teach children Yoga. The lessons are based on the use of a Phresh Chi Mat, which has symbols on it that are referenced by instructor Bobbi, Yoga Master and Chi Master, when explaining how to do various yoga poses.

There are 10 levels of instruction, each becoming increasingly more technical as your level of skill advances. The instructional videos are rather short and ad-sponsored; unfortunately, mid-roll ads are inserted in a seemingly random manner, sometimes in the middle of a pose.
