Quick Look: All Karaoke Music Channel offers a fairly extensive and diverse music library, however you get what you pay for. Since the channel is free, I think you know what we mean. In many cases, such as Garth Brooks' "Friends in Low Places," you can hear the artist singing, although at a low volume compared to the instrumentals. Other songs don't use the original instrumentals, which play at a tempo different than the original.
Two lines of lyrics are displayed, with words highlighted as you should be singing them. Otherwise, though, the user interface is poor. After selecting an artist, you're given the option to "Play E1" or to view all "episodes." No song title is given, but every artist has the same text: "This is the description text. This channel was created using..." Select the "Episodes" option to see a list of songs from available from that artist.
As stated, the library is fairly extensive with the following music genres:
- Country
- Pop
- R&B
- Rap
- Rock
Each genre offers three volumes, listed alphabetically by the name of the artist.
