The American Digital Network

The American Digital Network Quick Look: The American Digital Network is the Roku channel where you can find AAC (American Athletic Conference) highlights, interviews, news and live coverage of sporting events. For those of you not familiar with the American Athletic Conference, it encompasses 11 teams from around the country: University of Central Florida, University of Cincinnati, University of Connecticut, East Carolina University, University of Houston, University of Memphis, University of South Florida, Southern Methodist University, Temple University, Tulane University, and University of Tulsa.

I am assuming that all sporting events will be covered, but since it is currently football season, the majority of the on demand video is football-related. There is also some soccer and cross-country footage available. The other sports that should be covered include baseball, basketball, golf, rowing, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field (indoor and outdoor), and volleyball.

In addition to the video on demand, there is also a category for Upcoming Events, with a date and time for the broadcast. It does not say if the events will be televised live or only available on demand. There is no broadcast information pertaining to football, so I am going to guess the live broadcasts will be limited to lesser viewed sporting events due to contractual agreements with major networks.
