Quick Look: Serenity Channel Premium is a series of relaxing videos, each between 20 minutes and one hour in length, most with soothing music or relaxing sounds playing in the background. There are several different categories to choose from, each with several videos. The categories are:

- Scenic Nature Videos - Watch waves rolling in off the rugged coastline of California, or the tranquil beaches of French Polynesia and the Caribbean or stay local enjoying the beaches of Florida and Lake Michigan (some video is set to music)
- Halls of Inspiration - Enjoy the Contemplation, Infinity, or Reflection rooms with continuous reflective music
- Photographic Slide Shows - Enjoy a revolving panorama of tulips or vibrant cave photographs in Antelope Valley
