Quick Look: NewsLook provides short news videos in the following categories: World News, US Politics, Technology, Green, Celebrity, Finance, and Science. There is also a "Most Popular" category. Some of the videos are complete news segments from news agencies such as Reuters, while others are raw video with no narration.
Unfortunately, each 1- to 2-minute video is preceded by a 15-second commercial, and it's the same advertisement every time. This is not surprising, since the ad-delivery service AdRise is the channel developer, and I don't fault a channel provider for monetizing their content. However, after watching the same McDonald's commercial a half-dozen times in less than 10 minutes, I gave up and switched to Newsy.
