Quick Look: Monumental takes you behind the scenes of the major sports franchises in the metropolitan Washington D.C. area. The current lineup features the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and the Washington Mystics, with interviews, team analysis, promotional and community projects, and a few spotlight videos.

The videos are organized by team, with 10 videos per category. It is unclear whether there will be additional teams covered as their seasons come into play, most notably the Washington Nationals, Redskins, and DC United, not to mention the Baltimore area teams. The website seems to indicate that they will be covered once their season begins.
