Quick Look: DCMP is the Described and Captioned Media Program, a U.S. Department of Education funded program that provides free loans of captioned and described educational media to benefit K–12 students who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind. The DCMP Roku channels offers access to this material. However, access to the material on this channel is restricted to registered users who meet the following qualifications:

Teachers/interpreters (including those still in training), other professionals, and family members whose use benefits these students qualify to borrow DCMP media through the mail or online. Classroom use of DCMP curricular media must include at least one student who is deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind in the audience.
