Quick Look: According to WebMD the Ayurvedic theory states, "everything in the universe -- living or not -- is connected. Good health is achieved when your mind, body, and spirit are in harmony with the universe. A disruption of this harmony can lead to poor health and sickness." So I am guessing the Ayurveda Rocks channel was not in harmony with the universe because nothing worked, in fact it locked up my Roku several times.

There are brief descriptions of what herbs and foods are used to create the remedy; besides the brief captions there is no other information currently available.
