The pilot episode of "Connected," a new reality show from AOL, will be available exclusively to Roku users starting Tuesday, March 24. The half-hour reality show features six New Yorkers who document their lives using handheld camcorders.
Launched only last month, Dish Network's Sling TV is already revamping it's channel offerings by adding new channels, reorganizing its premium add-on packages, and expanding its video-on-demand library. Although Dish hasn't revealed any subscriber numbers, only describing early results as "encouraging," it appears that more cable TV networks want in on the action.
ABC has long been a laggard among TV networks in offering content through smart TVs and streaming media players. That changed today with the launch of the ABC News channel on Roku. ABC News offers multiple live streams (no authentication required!) along with a large video on demand library.

A good amount of performance footage is also included in this one-hour production, along with interviews with Morrison.
